CCP Awarded Top Tier Ranking in Blue Cross Practice Quality Assessment program...again!! CCP is excited to have been recognized for the second year in a row as having demonstrated excellence by achieving the highest Practice Quality Assessment Score (PQAS) given by Independence Blue Cross. PQAS is a comprehensive ranking system of quality measures and member satisfaction for primary care offices with 75 or more HMO members. Practices recognized by the program must show excellence in several areas of preventative care, including childhood immunization, asthma care, well-child visits and member satisfaction.

This fall, Linda will also be facilitating a weekly breastfeeding support group, on Thursday mornings from 10:00 - 11:30am. The cost is $15 per session.
